"What Happened Last Month.." || January In Photos

Spent a lazy Sunday by the canal in Camden with a glass of wine or two. I couldn’t resist snapping a picture of the lock lit up.
I wondered to Carnaby Street and found out my nearest ChoccyWoccyDooDah is a lot nearer than I thought! Some of their creations are breathtaking, you’d hardly believe it was made out of chocolate.
In an attempt to get my blog more organised I bought the blogger journal from Stephanie at CoCoChicBlog. It’s absolutely gorgeous!
While I might not be the worlds best cook, I’ve been trying to experiment a little more in the kitchen like making this chicken and pesto pasta rather than my normal spaghetti bolognese.
Talking of food, as you might have seen on my last post, Laura from LovedByLaura and I went to Sketch for afternoon tea. I just had to have a go on the hopscotch board at the entrance.
No words are really needed for this, just look how amazing the food was! ♥
It wouldn’t be a trip to Sketch without seeing the famous egg loos would it?!

Some of the lights at the Lumiere Festival, these on Regent Street had me mesmerised.
It was only a matter of time until it happened, but I caved and bought one of MAC’s new Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolours.
I was lucky enough to get a Magnitone in the Bloggers Hangout Twitter Party. I can’t wait to see the results.

After the Ice Bar we made our way to Dirty Martini for a cocktail or six.
I got a late Christmas present in the form of a jar of personalised Nutella that Santa forgot to wrap.
While James and I didn’t manage to get a good selfie at the weekend, we did have an awesome one and discover a new favourite watering hole.
